Delete your account at any time

For email, use the subject Account Deletion Request. Include the registered email address and enough information to identify the correct account. We may request reasonable verification so that another person cannot delete your account. Never email your password, one-time password, card security code, UPI PIN or banking password.

What deletion normally removes

After a valid deletion request is completed, we remove account-linked personal/profile information and associated learner information that is no longer required. Depending on what you used, this can include profile information, learning history, support messages, notification state, referral/account state and other information linked to the learner account.

Information stored only on your phone may remain until you clear the app's local storage or uninstall the app.

Automatic deletion after six months for eligible inactive Free accounts

The current service includes an automatic privacy-cleanup rule for eligible Free-only learner accounts after about 180 days (six months) of inactivity.

This does not mean every account is automatically deleted after six months. Accounts with current or remaining paid/earned premium access are not treated as eligible for this Free-account cleanup rule. This automatic cleanup is separate from your right to request deletion at any time.

Information that may need to be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for payment/refund records, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations or preventing repeated misuse of a one-time trial/reward. These exceptions are not used as a reason to keep unrelated learner-profile information.

Subscriptions

Deleting your AbhyasDhara account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a recurring app-store subscription. Cancel the subscription through the store account used for the purchase.
