Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of AbhyasDhara Academy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Independent educational service

AbhyasDhara Academy is an independent educational and exam-preparation service. It is not a government department, commission, recruiting board, police authority or other official government body, and it does not conduct government recruitment.

References or links to government organisations are provided so users can verify information. They do not mean that AbhyasDhara is affiliated with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of those organisations.

Accuracy, completeness and official verification

Educational and recruitment content may sometimes contain typographical, translation, calculation, categorisation, transcription, human, software, synchronization, source-change or other errors. Information may also become outdated after an authority issues a corrigendum or new notice.

Do not rely only on AbhyasDhara for official or deadline-sensitive decisions. Before applying, paying a fee, travelling, uploading documents, deciding eligibility, relying on vacancy/reservation/age/physical standards, using an exam date, downloading an admit card, or relying on an official answer key/result, verify the latest official notice directly from the responsible authority. If AbhyasDhara content conflicts with an official publication, the official publication controls.

Report a suspected error to abhyasdhara@gmail.com with the relevant screen/test/topic and, where possible, the official source supporting the correction.

No guarantee of notification delivery or reach

Notifications, reminders, recruitment/exam alerts, support replies or content updates can be delayed, suppressed, duplicated, reordered or not delivered because of internet conditions, device settings, battery restrictions, external-service outages or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

AbhyasDhara does not guarantee that any notification or information will reach every user or arrive before an official deadline. Users remain responsible for checking official sources directly.

Accounts, profile information and mobile number

You must provide reasonably accurate profile information and keep your account secure. The learner mobile number is used as a contact/account-verification detail for support and certain sensitive account/access requests and to help protect account or paid access from misuse. It is not described as the primary learner sign-in credential in the current service.

Do not share passwords or one-time passwords. We may require reasonable verification before processing sensitive account changes or deletion requests.

Free, Pro and Ultra access

AbhyasDhara may offer Free, Pro and Ultra levels with different features, usage limits and durations. Current feature availability shown in the service forms part of the applicable offer. Paid access may be subject to reasonable account/device rules intended to prevent unauthorized sharing or misuse.

Features, limits and plan benefits may change prospectively. Changes do not remove rights that are mandatory under applicable law.

Trial and referral benefits

Eligible new users may receive a one-time promotional trial. Referral benefits are subject to current eligibility, anti-abuse, reward and lifetime-limit rules shown in the service. Benefits may be withheld, reversed or corrected where a referral, purchase or account activity is invalid, duplicated, refunded, revoked, abusive or otherwise ineligible.

Promotional benefits are not cash and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money unless expressly stated otherwise.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds

Paid subscriptions are purchased through the app store associated with your device/account. The price, billing period, renewal terms and applicable offer should be shown before purchase.

Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the app store's rules. Uninstalling AbhyasDhara or deleting your AbhyasDhara account does not automatically cancel a recurring store subscription. Manage or cancel the subscription through the store account used for the purchase.

Refund eligibility depends on applicable law, the app store's rules and the circumstances of the transaction. These Terms do not remove a mandatory consumer remedy.

Tests, practice, analytics and rankings

Practice tests, mock tests, scores, rankings, leaderboards, progress indicators, recommendations and analytics are educational tools. They may help you understand performance but do not guarantee the same score or result in an official examination.

App calculations or content may occasionally be affected by corrections, connectivity, incomplete submissions or other errors. Report a suspected scoring/content problem to abhyasdhara@gmail.com.

Battle and competitive features

Competitive learning features may have eligibility, access, usage-limit, fairness and conduct rules. You must not manipulate results, automate participation, interfere with another learner or attempt to bypass applicable limits.

Support messaging

Support messaging is provided for legitimate learner support. Do not send unlawful, abusive, threatening, sexually explicit, hateful, fraudulent or irrelevant material. Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, card security codes, UPI PINs, banking passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Support availability and response time are not guaranteed. For important matters you may also email abhyasdhara@gmail.com.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with other users, manipulate subscriptions/rewards, scrape protected content at scale, impersonate another person, distribute malware or use the service for unlawful activity.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud or comply with law.

Educational content and intellectual property

The service, original explanations, layouts, branding and other protected material may be owned by AbhyasDhara or used under permission/licence. You receive a personal, limited right to use the service for lawful study purposes. You may not copy, resell, republish or commercially exploit protected content except where law permits or we give permission.

Third-party and official-source material remains subject to the rights and terms of its respective owner.

No guarantee of examination or employment outcome

AbhyasDhara does not guarantee marks, score, rank, selection, appointment, employment, admission, qualification, eligibility, interview call, physical-test outcome or any official examination/recruitment result. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

Account deletion and six-month inactive Free-account cleanup

You may request account deletion at any time through the app, through our Account & Data Deletion page, or by emailing abhyasdhara@gmail.com. You do not need to wait for automatic cleanup.

The current service also includes automatic privacy cleanup for eligible Free-only learner accounts after about 180 days (six months) of inactivity. Accounts with current or remaining paid/earned premium access are not treated as eligible for this automatic Free-account cleanup rule. Limited information may still be retained where necessary for payment/refund records, fraud prevention, security, disputes, legal obligations or preventing repeated misuse of a one-time benefit, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains, in direct user-facing terms, what information is handled, why it is needed, how it is used, when it may be disclosed, retention/deletion and how to contact us.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, internet failures, device conditions, external-service problems, legal requirements or exceptional events may interrupt or change availability.

Account suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, serious violation of these Terms, payment reversal, security risk, unlawful conduct or legal requirement. Where appropriate, a user may contact us for review.

Limitation of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AbhyasDhara is not responsible for losses caused solely by a user's failure to verify official information, missed third-party notifications, third-party website changes, internet/device failures or misuse of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability, consumer remedy, privacy right or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service, offers, rules or law change. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
